Planning

Classteacher helps the school in identifying these objectives, charting out milestones, and plan for the infrastructure (networking, connectivity and hardware) needed to achieve desired results.

Solutions

Classteacher itself provides solutions for schools in the following dimensions -

a) School Management and Decision Support : Information Management and Delivery provides an ideal mix of standard and dynamic formats to record and retrieve information. This leads to an easy understanding of all school information, which could help school management, teachers and parents take timely decisions.

The intranet platform interlinks all functions for a single-point seamless data entry, with reports in multiple formats. The information can then be disseminated to parents using the Internet (Virtual School), telephone, mobile phone and touch screens. Students, parents and teachers can also be provided with smart cards for information access.

b) Technology Aided Learning to help the school bring out the best from their students. This program is aligned with emerging paradigms in the pedagogy which emphasize on "learning to learn", collaboration and working in teams, and the shift in the role of a teacher to being a facilitator.

c) Technology Aided Teaching - These support the teaching process and help in raising the student's performance through innovative methods of teaching, learning and evaluative tools.

In addition, tools are provided for teachers (for communication, scheduling, knowledge management, creation of lesson plans, worksheets and assignments).
